DOMINE is a database of known and predicted protein domain (domain-domain) interactions. It contains interactions inferred from PDB entries, and those that are predicted by 8 different computational approaches using Pfam domain definitions.

DOMINE contains a total of 20,513 domain-domain interactions (among 4,036 domains) out of which 4,349 are inferred from PDB entries, and 17,781 are predicted by at least one computational approach. Of the 17,781 computational predictions, 3,143 interactions are high-confidence predictions (predicted using multiple sources of information or by at least two sufficiently different approaches), 729 interactions are medium-confidence predictions (those in which both domains are a part of the same biological process–same GO terms), and the remaining 13,909 are low-confidence predictions.
